7. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer care as early as possible with your order details.

8. Return, Exchange & Refund

Since our products are food items, returns and exchanges are handled according to our hygiene-first Return & Exchange Promise. Damaged, wrong, missing, or quality-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account details, delivery address, phone number, and order information. Any loss, delay, or failed delivery caused by incorrect details may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
